User level limits take precedence over other message size restrictions. Therefore, you can configure a user to exceed the default message size limits for your organization. For example, you can allow a specific group of user mailboxes to send larger messages than the rest of the organization by configuring custom send and receive limits for those mailboxes. The exceptions for the user limits only apply to message exchanges within your exchange organization. If a message is sent to or received by a recipient on the Internet, the organizational limits will be applied. To set mailbox limit for group of users you can use pwershell cmdlet. To achieve this you have to create csv file with the list of users and execute the below cmd. Hi Selvakumar, You can adjust the settings in multiple way as per the suggestion but one thing you need to remember that if you configure your send connector to work for 20 mb that means the other party which is recieving in your case also needs to open the limit for 20 mb. If other party is set to default then configuring send connector wont work. Configure recieve connector is fine but you need to think about the database size /disk size as well.
